A lot of folks these days are having problems with wheat and gluten. For those people, we have this small page to let you know what we have that can help you. Country Beans by Rita Bingham is a cookbook that has LOTS of recipes using BEANS. She also has a section on converting regular recipes to GLUTEN-FREE recipes (page 177). The main items you will need to make a gluten free flour, we now carry. They are: Tapioca Flour The other ingredients, she uses (brown rice flour, corn flour, pinto bean flour, and teff flour) can all be made by grinding those items in your grain mill
